By submitting an entry you agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Westland Shopping Center, Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc, and DLI Properties LLC (Sponsor) which are final. The "Drawing" commences on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 and ends Friday August 1, 2008 at 12pm at which time a winner will be drawn from all entries. ("Entry Period").

1. How To Enter and Eligibility. If you are a legal U.S. resident, 18 years or older at time of entry, you may visit our website http://www.westlandcenter.com from July 22, 2008 until August 1, 2008 to register on-line. Or you can send a 3" x 5" card with your name, address and telephone number to Westland Shopping Center, Kenney Chesney Ticket Giveaway, 35000 West Warren Road, Westland, MI, 48185. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. No copies or mechanical reproductions accepted. Employees, officers, directors, managers and agents of Westland Shopping Center, Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc, DLI Properties LLC and their affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible. All entries become exclusive property of Westland Shopping Center.

2. Prizes and Drawing. A winner will be selected in a random drawing held at Westland Center at approximately 1pm Friday August 1, 2008 ("Draw Date") from all valid e-mail and mailed in entries received (Draw date and time subject to change). The winners will be notified by email or telephone and will receive their prize subject to the conditions described herein. Approximate retail values of prizes described on the Prize Exhibit. Odds of winning dependent on number of valid entries received. Prize not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or credit and may be substituted only by Sponsor for prizes of equal value due to unavailability. Winner must sign and return within ten (10) days of Draw Date a declaration of eligibility and/or liability and publicity release (including agreement to allow Westland Shopping Center and the Sponsor to use winner's name, voice and/or likeness for advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law) and if winner is a minor, winner's parent/guardian must sign, or in the case of noncompliance with any condition described herein an alternate winner will be selected. Winner must claim prize at an address specified by Westland Shopping Center within fifteen (15) days of Draw Date and must complete and sign a receipt. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded. Westland Shopping Center and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to suspend or cancel Drawing at any time if a technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Drawing. For names of winners send a stamped, self-addressed envelope within 60 days of Draw Date to: "Prizes" at the address listed above. All taxes and other fees and charges are the responsibility of the winner.

3. Limitation of Liability. BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT SPONSOR AND WESTLAND CENTER AND ITS MERCHANTS AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION AND FULFILLMENT AGENCIES, AND LEGAL ADVISORS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR, AND SHALL BE RELEASED AND HELD HARMLESS FROM (I) MALFUNCTIONS, FAILURES, OR DIFFICULTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LATE, LOST, MISDIRECTED, INCOMPLETE OR UNSUCCESSFUL EFFORTS TO ENTER, VERIFY ELIGIBILITY, NOTIFY WINNER OR RECEIVE DECLARATION; (II) ANY CONDITION CAUSED BY EVENTS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF SPONSOR THAT MAY CAUSE THE DRAWING TO BE DISRUPTED OR CORRUPTED; (III) ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS IN DRAWING MATERIALS; (IV) ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAWING, ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH AND PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY. THE ONLY WARRANTY WHICH MAY APPLY TO THE PRIZE IS THE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER, IF ANY. SPONSOR NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, LATE, INCOMPLETE, MISDIRECTED OR CORRUPTED ENTRIES WHETHER CAUSED BY ANY HUMAN, MECHANICAL OR ELECTRONIC ERROR OR FAILURE THAT MAY HAVE OCCURED IN THE PROCESSING OR STORING OF ENTRIES.
