FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE

Our Security Department is staffed with highly trained, uniformed officers who are prepared to assist you should the need arise. If you are in need of assistance, ask any uniformed officer for help or stop by Customer Service located in East Court near Marshall Field's. Our Security Officers, in addition to their normal duties, can help you with the following:

Vehicle Lockouts - A Security Officer will respond directly to your vehicle to render assistance.

Jump Starts - A Security Officer will provide a jump start to get you on your way.

Lost Vehicle - One of our mobile patrol units will assist you in locating your vehicle.

Escort - A mobile patrol unit can escort you to your vehicle.

Medical Assistance - Our Security Officers are also trained and certified to perform certain medical procedures, including: CPR, First Aid, Use of AED machines.

Westland Walkers Club
Sponsored by St. Mary Mercy Hospital, the Westland Walkers Club is a free membership to a walking club that includes meetings, blood pressure screenings and opportunities to participate in St. Mary Mercy Hospital programs throughout the year.
